Bill Title: As introduced, authorizes counties having a charter form of government to begin the collection of delinquent property taxes in the same year in which such taxes become delinquent; lessens the period of redemption in Shelby County to 90 days instead of one year under the same circumstances as currently authorized for Knox County; establishes a mechanism for a property owner to deed certain property to a governmental entity. - Amends TCA Title 67, Chapter 5.
