Bill Title: As introduced, requires the director of the office of legislative budget analysis to provide the revised BEP funding formula to the speaker of the senate, the speaker of the house of representatives, and the education committees of the senate and the house of representatives, if the commissioner fails to provide the revised BEP funding formula for the ensuing fiscal year by January 1. - Amends TCA Title 3; Title 4; Title 8; Title 37 and Title 49.
