Bill Title: As enacted, broadens application of lighting requirements for vehicles or trailers transporting certain loads at night to apply to such loads projecting three and one-half feet or more, rather than four feet or more, beyond rear of vehicle's body. - Amends TCA Title 55, Chapter 9, Part 4 and Title 65, Chapter 15.
