Bill Title: As enacted, gives a county legislative body under the County Purchasing Law of 1957, the option of allowing the county mayor and purchasing agent to sell or donate surplus personal property of the county valued at $1,000 or less without receiving approval from the county legislative body if such county legislative body authorizes the action by resolution. - Amends TCA Title 5, Chapter 14.
