Bill Title: As enacted, provides that the HIV test a sexual offender is required to undergo must be performed within 48 hours after the presentment of the indictment or information and with or without the request of the victim; adds aggravated rape of a child and statutory rape by an authority figure to the list of offenses requiring HIV testing of the alleged perpetrator. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 13, Part 5.
