Bill Title: As enacted, allows Shelby County board of education to delegate authority regarding assignment of individual students for decision-making on such matters; provides that if a local board of education delegates its power to determine the assignment of students, such delegation must be made to a three-member committee consisting of at least one current board member with all remaining members as board employees. - Amends TCA Title 49.
