Bill Title: As introduced, prohibits any county, municipality or LEA from appropriating public funds generated from taxpayers to fund professional trade associations or associated public interest groups; removes authorization to use taxpayer funds for membership dues and traveling expenses incurred in attending meetings of Tennessee school boards association. - Amends TCA Title 5, Chapter 1; Title 5, Chapter 7; Title 6, Chapter 54; Title 7, Chapter 3 and Title 49, Chapter 2.
