A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
 
AN ACT
 
  relating to the terms of the 102nd District Court in Red River
  County.
         BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
         SECTION 1.  Section 24.204(b), Government Code, is amended
  to read as follows:
         (b)  The terms of the 102nd District Court begin in each
  county[:
               [(1)  in Bowie County] on the first Mondays in January
  and July[; and
               [(2)     in Red River County on the first Mondays in
  February, May, August, and November].
         SECTION 2.  This Act takes effect September 1, 2011.
