A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
 
AN ACT
  relating to the repeal of the designation of the Little River
  reservoir and the Little River off-channel reservoir as sites of
  unique value for the construction of a reservoir.
         BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
         SECTION 1.  Section 16.051, Water Code, is amended by adding
  Subsection (g-2) to read as follows:
         (g-2)  Subsection (g-1) does not apply to:
               (1)  Little River reservoir, to be located on the
  Little River upstream from its confluence with the Brazos River in
  Milam County; or
               (2)  Little River off-channel reservoir, to be located
  northwest of the city of Milano in Milam County, on Beaver Creek, a
  tributary of the Little River.
         SECTION 2.  This Act takes effect immediately if it receives
  a vote of two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, as
  provided by Section 39, Article III, Texas Constitution.  If this
  Act does not receive the vote necessary for immediate effect, this
  Act takes effect September 1, 2011.
