| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | ||
| SECTION 1. Section 48.106(c), Education Code, is amended to | ||
| read as follows: | ||
| (c) At least 65 [ |
||
| this section must be used in providing career and technology | ||
| education programs in grades 7 through 12. | ||
| SECTION 2. This Act takes effect on the 91st day after the | ||
| last day of the legislative session. | ||
