BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | ||
SECTION 1. Section 39.408(g), Utilities Code, is amended to | ||
read as follows: | ||
(g) This section expires September 1, 2031 [ |

SECTION 2. Section 39.4525(g), Utilities Code, is amended | ||
to read as follows: | ||
(g) This section expires September 1, 2031 [ |

SECTION 3. Section 39.504(g), Utilities Code, is amended to | ||
read as follows: | ||
(g) This section expires September 1, 2031 [ |

SECTION 4. This Act takes effect September 1, 2023. | ||
