| relating to a centralized telephone service and e-mail directory by | ||
| the Department of Information Resources. | ||
| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | ||
| SECTION 1. Section 2170.059(d), Government Code, is amended | ||
| to read as follows: | ||
| (d) Each using entity shall provide an e-mail address | ||
| associated with any user of the service to the department upon | ||
| request. | ||
| (e) The department annually shall prepare and issue a | ||
| revised centralized telephone service and e-mail directory not | ||
| later than December |
||
| SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2023. | ||
