R E S O L U T I O N
         WHEREAS, Esmeralda Ledezma has ably served her fellow Texans
  as an aide in the office of State Representative Armando Walle
  during the 88th Legislative Session; and
         WHEREAS, Since joining the staff, Ms. Ledezma has provided
  vital assistance in handling a wide variety of challenging tasks,
  including providing support to the office staff and serving as a
  scheduler; in addition to gaining valuable experience in the field
  of public service, she has learned more about the legislative
  process and the issues facing citizens of the Lone Star State; and
         WHEREAS, A Hobby Fellow, Ms. Ledezma is currently a senior at
  the University of Houston and is pursuing a bachelor's degree in
  sociology with a minor in Mexican American Studies; following her
  graduation, she plans to continue serving the legislature or to
  work with an advocacy organization; and
         WHEREAS, This outstanding young Texan has performed her
  duties as a legislative aide with skill and dedication, and she is
  indeed deserving of special recognition for her contributions; now,
  therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas
  Legislature hereby commend Esmeralda Ledezma for her service as a
  legislative aide in the office of State Representative Armando
  Walle and extend to her sincere best wishes for continued success in
  all her endeavors; and, be it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for Ms. Ledezma as an expression of high regard by the
  Texas House of Representatives.
