R E S O L U T I O N
         WHEREAS, The House Business Office has played an essential
  role in the activities of the Texas House of Representatives during
  the Regular Session of the 88th Legislature; and
         WHEREAS, This office is overseen by executive director Steven
  D. Adrian and assistant director Scott D. Siebert, and their
  leadership and administrative abilities have been a considerable
  asset to the legislature and to the House Business Office staff; and
         WHEREAS, Mr. Siebert also oversees the accounting
  department, which is composed of a dedicated staff that includes
  Susan Crisci, Gerri Foster, Monica Maher, Veronica Morales, Donna
  Scott, and Alonzo Vidal; and
         WHEREAS, The payroll and personnel department is led by
  manager Ruben Aguillon, and he is supported in his duties by Kaitlin
  Campbell, Zak Dempsey, Erika Lacey, Barbara Mokry, Rob Morgan,
  Suzette Motal, Diana Rodriguez-Garza, and Jennifer Soliz; and
         WHEREAS, Guided by the expertise of manager Monti Perkins,
  the digital media department consists of staff members Tyler
  Anderson, Noah Devereaux, Tanya Fleming, Shanna Hickman, Jeffrey
  Teicher, and Kyle Woods; and
         WHEREAS, The House Research Organization is led by Corinna
  Archer Kinsman and benefits from the efforts of Ashley Alvarado,
  Kathryn Brouillette, Laura Hendrickson, Kiera Eriksen-Mcauliffe,
  Abigail Jablon, Timothy Jackson, Christopher Kalafatidis,
  Madeleine Keith, Luke Landtroop, Matthew Lowe, Mariel Montero,
  Gabriel Murillo, Leo Pratt, Chelsea Rose, Donna Steward, and Kelsey
  Walker; and
         WHEREAS, The office's parking enforcement staff includes
  program specialist Michael Black and security workers Floyd Bowen,
  Joseph Collins, Richard Holmes, Walter Kyles, David Maldonado,
  Richard Robinson, and Joe Saucedo; and
         WHEREAS, Irene Constancio oversees the task of dealing with
  the vast assortment of mail that is part of a legislative session,
  and she is aided in this endeavor by house post office employees
  Antonio Cavazos, Jose Ibarra, Kyle Paylor, Michael Perez Jr., and
  Michael Rodriguez; and
         WHEREAS, Working diligently to meet the inventory
  requirements of house members and their staff are property
  department manager Pat Mills and employees Robert Barrios, Frank
  Caballero, Jesse Casarez, Ken Fretwell, Ray Guerrero, Nat Mendez,
  and Julian Morales; and
         WHEREAS, The purchasing and supply department, under the
  direction of manager Amy Cadenhead, consists of Paul Hays, Kerby
  Orton, Richard Parras Jr., and Will Travis, all of whom help ensure
  the expeditious handling of the supply needs of house offices; and
         WHEREAS, Also doing their part to support the representatives
  are reproduction department manager Scott Williams and staff
  members Vincent Alva, Mary Anne Bell, David Cavazos, Dorothy Davis,
  Deborah Hayes, Cindi Henry, David Lueck, Viviano Morales Jr., Roy
  Salas, Fred Schattenberg, and Maria Siani; and
         WHEREAS, Under the leadership of manager Gabriel Reyes, the
  special services department is composed of Blanca Aguilar De
  Garcia, Martha Aguilar, Hector Caballero Aleman, John Hernandez,
  Maria Loredo, Dolores Rodriguez, Marcelino Rodriguez, Ismael
  Sanchez, and Daniel Valle Villar; and
         WHEREAS, The skillful professionals behind the video and
  audio department are manager Mike Blackwell, Larry Appleby, Jake
  Baker, Corbin Heinchon, George Hewitt, Robert Igo, Jay Koog Jr.,
  Alexander Milam, Michael Moore, Angela New, Willis Padron, Brandon
  Pennick, Abby Pettinos, and Aniya Uwanna; and
         WHEREAS, The hardworking and resourceful men and women of the
  House Business Office have attended to their duties with
  professionalism, efficiency, and remarkable energy, and they are
  indeed deserving of our utmost appreciation; now, therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas
  Legislature hereby commend the employees of the House Business
  Office for their outstanding work and extend to them sincere best
  wishes for the future; and, be it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for the business office staff as an expression of high
  regard by the Texas House of Representatives.
