Summary
Medicaid HOME Improvement Act Medicaid Home Owner Maximum Equity Improvement Act This bill amends title XIX (Medicaid) of the Social Security Act with respect to the denial of an individual's eligibility for nursing facility services or other long-term care services if the individual's equity interest in his or her home exceeds $500,000. The state option to increase such threshold amount to $750,000 is eliminated.
