Summary

Small Business Lending Fund Accountability Act of 2011 - Amends the Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008 to give the Special Inspector General for the Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP) oversight over the Small Business Lending Fund established under the Small Business Jobs Act of 2010.
