Reauthorizes funding for several grants programs that address water pollution, such as wastewater and stormwater. Specifically, the bill reauthorizes through FY2024 grants to states for water pollution control programs; grants to municipalities for watershed pilot projects, such as projects that manage wet weather discharges (e.g., sewer overflows and sanitary sewer overflows) or control pollutants from municipal separate storm sewer systems; grants to states, local governments, private utilities, and nonprofit entities for alternative water source projects to meet critical water supply needs; grants to states for the purpose of providing grants to municipalities for controlling, treating, reducing, or reusing municipal combined sewer overflows, sanitary sewer overflows, or stormwater; and grants to states for clean water state revolving funds.
