Summary

Amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to revise the date by which aliens arriving from the Northern Mariana Islands will be permitted to apply for asylum from January 1, 2014, to the later of the first day after: (1) the end of a specified transition period, or (2) the end of a specified extension period.
