Summary
Amends the Legislative Branch Appropriations Act, 1987 to allow the Clerk of the House of Representatives, at the request of a Member of the House, to donate computers and related peripheral tools previously used by the Member to a public elementary or secondary school designated by such Member without regard to whether the donation: (1) is a cost to the government, or (2) has a recoverable value.

To permit members of the House of Representatives to donate used computer equipment to public elementary and secondary schools designated by the members.
