Summary

No Child Left Outside Act of 2011 - Amends the Higher Education Act of 1965 to require a student support services project to secure temporary housing during breaks in the academic year for students who are: (1) homeless children and youths or were formerly homeless children and youths, or (2) students who are in the foster care or are aging out of the foster care system.
