Summary

Mexican Wolf Transparency and Accountability Act This bill nullifies: (1) the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service's determination to list the Mexican wolf (Canis lupus baileyi) as an endangered subspecies under the Endangered Species Act of 1973; and (2) the rule entitled, "Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Revision to the Regulations for the Nonessential Experimental Population of the Mexican Wolf."
