Augusta Canal National Heritage Area Reauthorization Act of 2013 - Amends the Omnibus Parks and Public Lands Management Act of 1996 to extend through FY2023 the authority of the Secretary of the Interior to make grants or provide assistance for the Augusta Canal National Heritage Area in Georgia.
