LEAD'R Act Let NHTSA Enforce Automated Vehicle Driving Regulations Act This bill provides for federal preemption of state laws regulating highly automated vehicles and automated driving systems (or components of such systems). A state may not enact a law in this area unless such law is identical to federal standards.
