Summary

Federal Duck Stamp Price Stability Act of 2015 This bill amends the Migratory Bird Hunting and Conservation Stamp Act to authorize the Department of the Interior, after notice and public comment, to increase the price of each Migratory Bird Hunting and Conservation Stamp by up to $10 for a hunting year if the increase is: (1) commensurate with the level of inflation since the last increase, and (2) approved unanimously by the Migratory Bird Conservation Commission. An increase in price shall take effect: (1) at least two years after the effective date of the last price increase, and (2) no later than January 1 of the calendar year preceding the hunting year.
