Summary

SAFE Mail Act Screening All Fentanyl-Enhanced Mail Act of 2019 This bill requires the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to develop and deploy technology to detect illicit fentanyl and other synthetic opioids in 100% of international mail and cargo inbound into the United States from high-risk countries identified by DHS.
