Summary

Seniors' Fairness Act of 2014 - Amends title XVIII (Medicare) part C (Medicare+Choice) of the Social Security Act to direct the Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS) to establish a Medicare Advantage Improvement Fund. Amends the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) to terminate reduced cost-sharing for individuals enrolling in qualified health plans beginning in plan year 2015.
