Summary

MONITOR Act of 2017 Monitoring and Obtaining Needed Information to Track Opioids Responsibly Act of 2017 This bill amends the 21st Century Cures Act to require that in order for a state to receive funds to address the opioid abuse crisis the state's prescription drug monitoring program must meet specified requirements, including reporting within one business day when controlled substances are dispensed.
