Summary
Disaster Assistance Recoupment Fairness Act of 2014 - Amends the Disaster Assistance Recoupment Fairness Act of 2011 to make the authority of the Administrator of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to waive certain debts relating to disaster assistance provided to individuals and households applicable to such assistance provided between August 28, 2005, and December 31, 2014 (currently, December 31, 2010).
