Summary
Entrepreneurial Training Improvement Act of 2012 - Directs the Secretary of Labor to: (1) establish alternate guidelines for measuring the progress of state and local performance of entrepreneurial training services to adults and dislocated workers under the Workforce Investment Act of 1998, and (2) provide state and local Workforce Investment Boards with specific guidance on successful approaches to collecting performance information on entrepreneurial self-employment. Directs the Secretary to issue a report on the progress of such boards in implementing new entrepreneurial training programs.
