Summary

Consumer Healthcare Insurance Transparency Act of 2016 This bill amends the Public Health Service Act to require the Department of Health and Human Services to publish information on changes in group health plan and health insurance premiums for the next year for small employers and individuals. The information must be published by November 1 of each year.
