Summary
Excludes certain adjustments to payments for physician services under Medicare from budget neutrality requirements in FY2021. The bill also rescinds $10 billion of unobligated funds from the Public Health and Social Services Emergency Fund.
Title
To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to provide for a one-year waiver of budget neutrality adjustments under the Medicare physician fee schedule, and for other purposes.
