Summary
Prohibits the use of federal funds to support the Badr Organization, and it requires the Department of State to determine whether the organization meets criteria for (1) designation as a foreign terrorist organization, and (2) the imposition of certain sanctions. The Badr Organization is an Iran-based political party and the military arm of the Supreme Council for the Islamic Revolution in Iraq.
