Summary
Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States limiting the number of terms Senators and Representatives may serve. This joint resolution proposes a constitutional amendment limiting Members of the House of Representatives to six terms and Members of the Senate to two terms. This article shall not apply to any person who served as a Representative or as a Senator before the 115th Congress.
