Summary

Reiterates the House of Representatives' condemnation of the January 2009 attack on Tiferet Israel Synagogue in Caracas, Venezuela, and expresses sorrow towards the victims of the act. Welcomes the Venezuelan government's denunciation of the attack. Calls upon the Venezuelan, Argentinean, and Bolivian governments to take all necessary steps to ensure that anti-Semitism is not tolerated in South America.
