Recognizes the valuable, historic, and continued contribution of Company E, 100th Battalion, 442d Infantry Regiment of the U.S. Army to the citizens of the Northern Mariana Islands, Guam, and the United States. Commends the efforts and contributions of such soldiers and the sacrifices of their families. Recognizes and reaffirms the commitment of Congress to support the mission of Company E. Honors the lives of Company E soldiers who made the ultimate sacrifice on behalf of the United States.
