Summary
Directs the Department of Health and Human Services to provide the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) information relating to an unaccompanied alien child's sponsor or potential sponsor, as well as each member of the household of the sponsor or potential sponsor. DHS may use such information for immigration enforcement, and law enforcement agencies may use such information to investigate any suspected violation of law.
