Summary
A bill to amend the Help America Vote Act of 2002 to require the availability of early voting or no-excuse absentee voting. This bill amends the Help America Vote Act of 2002 to require each state to: (1) allow individuals to vote in a federal election before the date of the election through early voting or voting by mail, and (2) publicize the details of such voting.
