Summary
Requires the Department of the Interior to establish the Maya Security and Conservation Partnership program. The goal of this program shall be to foster collaborative research efforts between the United States and local entities to create a sustainable tourism model that provides low-impact, controlled access to the archaeological sites of the Mirador-Calakmul Basin in Central America with an emphasis on providing economic opportunity for the communities in and around the basin.
