Summary

Requires the Department of Defense to pay hazardous duty pay during 2020 to active-duty regular or reserve servicemembers for duty related to COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus disease 2019). Such pay shall be not less than $150 a month, retroactively applied, provided in addition to any other pay and allowances to which the member is entitled, and excluded as gross income for purposes of federal income taxation.
