Summary

Multinational Species Conservation Funds Semipostal Stamp Reauthorization Act of 2017 This bill amends the Multinational Species Conservation Funds Semipostal Stamp Act of 2010 by requiring the U.S. Postal Service to make the stamp available to the public for at least 10 years rather than 6 years.
