Summary

Suspends specified agricultural price support authorities under: (1) the Agricultural Adjustment Act of 1938 with regard to covered commodities, peanuts, sugar, and milk; (2) the Agricultural Act of 1949 with regard to covered commodities, peanuts, sugar, and milk; and (3) a certain quota resolution with regard to wheat.
