Summary

Electoral boards; appointments. Requires that appointments to the electoral board in a county or city be made by the senior judge of the judicial circuit for that county or city. Currently, such appointments are made by the senior judge only if a majority of the circuit judges of the judicial circuit cannot agree on an appointment.
