Summary

Virginia Retirement System; creditable service. Provides that each year of service in the General Assembly shall be deemed to equal eight months of creditable service under the Virginia Retirement System for (i) anyone who becomes a member of the General Assembly on or after July 1, 2015, and (ii) each member and former member of the General Assembly who has less than five years of creditable service as of July 1, 2015.
