Summary

Local ability to pay; certain counties. Provides that if a county contains a school division composed of a town, the county's composite index shall be calculated as if the school division were not in the county. Under current law as provided in the general appropriation act, the composite index of local ability to pay is used to calculate each locality's share of basic aid funding for education.
