Summary

Hospitals; notice and consent; out-of-network providers. Requires every hospital to notify patients when any service associated with a nonemergency procedure, test, or service to be provided by the hospital will be provided by an out-of-network provider and to obtain written consent to the provision of such service by such out-of-network provider prior to performing such procedure, test, or service.
