Summary

Board of Housing and Community Development; Uniform Statewide Building Code; qualifications of technical assistants; emergency. Directs the Board of Housing and Community Development to suspend, until no later than July 1, 2024, the Uniform Statewide Building Code qualification requirement that technical assistants who issue permits have at least three years of experience. The bill contains an emergency clause.
