Summary

Local government; notice of commercial application of pesticides. Authorizes any locality by ordinance to require the owners of residential property consisting of one-half acre or less to provide 48-hour advance notice of the application of pesticides by a commercial applicator to adjoining property owners. The bill provides that the ordinance may specify the method of the required notice.
