Summary

Powers and duties of the State Board of Elections. Authorizes the Board to impose a civil penalty not to exceed $1,000 on a general registrar for conduct that has a material adverse effect upon the conduct of either the registrar's office or any election and demonstrates his failure to comply with his duties under state law or the policies of the Board.
