Summary

Parking management companies. Expands the powers of parking management companies operating under contracts with local governments to enforce local parking restrictions and reduces the population requirement of a city that allows the city to provide by ordinance that law-enforcement officers or uniformed city employees or personnel may issue summonses or tickets for parking violations from 100,000 to 90,000.
