Summary

Higher education; policies related to student nonpayment. Requires the board of visitors or other governing body of every public institution of higher education to refrain from referring a student account to collections until required to do so by § 2.2-4806. This bill shall not apply to public institutions of higher education that have entered into Management Agreements with the Commonwealth.
